D3photography.com offers a wide variety of services for member schools, their players and the players families.
Photo Resale
All regular season events are available for resale. We offer reprints in sizes from 4x6 to as large as 30x45 (in most cases) starting at $10 per print. For special pricing consideration, please send an email to sales@d3photography.com with detailed information on the photos you are interested in and their quantities.
Newspaper Reproduction
We recognize that student and campus newspapers have little to no budget to spend on reproduction fees for photographs and therefore do not charge those papers to use a photo or two from D3photography.com's photographers in their publication one time. All we ask for in return is proper credit to the website and the photographer and a two copies of the printed newspaper (one for our file and one for the photographer).Weekly newspapers can reprint a photo from D3photography.com's photographers for a small fee of $20.00 per photograph.
Daily newspapers who want to use D3photohraphy.com photographs must contact sales@d3photography.com with information regarding the photos wanted for reproduction along with your circulation numbers. Fees for daily newspapers are based on a sliding scale based on the newspaper's average weekly circulation.
School Specials
Athletic and Communications departments can purchase individual photos and all photos from events for use for up to one calendar year for online, media guide and their own promotional uses (provided they follow NCAA guidelines) at a vastly discount price. CDs are available from each game of web-sized images (between 800 and 1500 pixels wide or tall) for $45.00 per game and $10.00 for shipping. Online downloads (as a zip file) are available of these photos at no charge. Full resolution images may be purchased for $75.00 per image.
Photographers for Hire
D3photography.com's photographers are available for hire starting at $300.00 for the half day (less than 4 hours) or $500.00 for a full day (up to 8 hours). All photographs taken become the property of the hiring party and will not be available online for resale without the expressed permission of the hiring party. If a photographer is not available in the region transportation costs will be added into the fee, including any accomodation charges. D3photography.com will retain the ability to use these photos for use on our news websites and for display on our photo galleries.
